Refund policy

At Samylocs Extensions, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons, we have specific requirements for returns and exchanges.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the hair must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and unaltered
  • Not installed, cut, colored, combed, separated, or modified in any way
  • In its original packaging and original condition

For hygiene and quality-control purposes, opened or used hair extensions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Custom-made orders, custom colors or lengths, clearance items, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Samylocs Extensions is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for eligible products that remain unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Once hair has been opened, installed, worn, washed, cut, colored, or altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
